The Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) has begun the second phase of the $4.5 million project, led by contractor Quality Enterprises USA, aims to expand the reclaimed water infrastructure across Pensacola Beach, supporting long-term environmental sustainability and conservation.

Beach School Benefits From Zany Bathtub Races
Bathtubs will bob and weave while paddlers try to steer them across the finish line at the historic Bathtub Races, August 31 at 2 p.m. at Bamboo Willie’s. Registration opens at noon. There is a daylong line up of live music, drink specials, and racing. The grand finale is a waterfront fireworks show at 8 p.m.
