Beach Chamber Opens Nominations for RADIATE: Leadership Lab

The Pensacola Beach Chamber is excited to open nominations for the 2026–27 class of RADIATE: Leadership Lab!

Now entering its second year, RADIATE brings together professionals from across our community to grow as leaders, build meaningful connections and gain new perspectives they can take back to their businesses, organizations and communities.

And RADIATE isn't just for people with 'manager,' 'director' or 'CEO' in their title.

Great leaders can be found everywhere. They may be an emerging employee ready for the next step, a small business owner who is the entire staff, or an experienced professional looking for fresh ideas and stronger community connections.

Who should you nominate?

Think about the people in your workplace and your community. Who shows initiative? Who has potential you want to invest in? Who would benefit from connecting with other professionals and community leaders?

Nominate a colleague. Nominate an employee. Nominate a friend. Or nominate yourself!

Self-nominations are not only accepted — they're highly encouraged.

RADIATE begins with orientation in October and includes four class days through February, followed by graduation. Participants will explore leadership principles, develop practical skills and build relationships with a diverse group of professionals throughout the community.

Nominations close August 31, 2026.

Only those who are nominated will receive an invitation to apply for the Class of 2027, so don't wait!
